The TRC20, ERC20, BEP20 and TON networks work; the form asks for your wallet's network right after you select USDT. You must transfer on exactly the network you selected: coins sent on another one may be lost. On an exchange, you pick the network as part of the withdrawal.

The amount, the payout method, the moment you pay, the payout day and your rating all affect the rate. A bigger exchange gets a better rate; paying in advance and taking the payout the next day can also shift it in your favor.

If you need less than the cash minimum, there's a way without a meeting: the manager will deposit the euros into your Spanish account through an ATM.

It's your score in our loyalty program. Every completed order raises it, and the rate gets better for you. Cancel an order or miss a meeting without warning the operator, and the rating goes down. If it falls to zero, exchanges are no longer available to you.

No. We exchange rubles for euros directly: transfer them from a Russian bank or bring them in cash to the meeting. A crypto wallet is needed only if you decide to buy USDT with rubles.

How long the money takes depends on the payment system and your bank; the bot will give the timing in the order. You send an invoice in euros, for apartment rent, your child's schooling or a furniture purchase, and we pay it to the recipient in the EU, while you settle up in rubles or USDT.

Tell the operator how much you need, in which currency and by what date; we prepare large amounts in advance. Are the euros going to your account? Warn your bank about the large incoming payment: that way the account is less likely to be frozen for review. If the bank won't take it all in one payment, the euros will arrive in several transfers.
