How the exchange works in Benidorm
You create the order in the official Telegram bot and pay only after the operator confirms, either in advance or at the meeting.

What to prepare before ordering
You'll need to know the amount and how you want to receive the euros. We pay out cash at a meeting in Benidorm, in Calpe, Benissa, Javea and Denia further north along the coast, and in other cities in Spain. For a transfer, you'll need your account details; for an ATM deposit, an account with BBVA, Santander, Sabadell or CaixaBank; and for an invoice payment, just send the invoice. For verification, the operator may request proof of identity and information on who is sending the money; without a document, the exchange takes place only with full prepayment.
If a large payment is coming up (for example, for a car, an apartment deposit or closing a deal), give the operator the amount, the currency and the day you need the money by. We prepare such amounts in advance, and if the amount is above the limit for one transaction, we split the exchange into parts. If the euros are coming to an account, alert your bank to the large incoming transfer: that makes it less likely the account will be frozen for review. If your bank won't take the whole amount as a single transfer, we'll send the euros in several payments.
Eight steps: from the rate to your euros
For USDT, rubles and cash dollars, the procedure is the same: first the rate and the order, then payment and the payout of euros.

Currency and payout method
In the bot's form, choose what you're exchanging: USDT, rubles in cash or by transfer, or cash dollars. Then pick the way you'd like to get the euros.

The rate before you even order
The bot shows the rate while you fill out the form; for cash, it first asks for the city. The rate depends on the amount, how you receive the euros, when you pay, the payout day and your rating. The larger the exchange, the better the rate, and your rating goes up with every completed order. The fee is already built into the rate; we don't charge it separately. The bot shows the limits there too, and the cash minimum differs from city to city.

When to pay: in advance or at the meeting
For USDT, both options work; in the form, transferring in advance is called "Сейчас" (Now). You hand over cash rubles and dollars at the meeting. Prepayment and next-day payout can shift the rate in your favor. It's better to send the rubles ahead of the meeting, so that we have time to check the payment and at the meeting you simply collect the euros. If you need the euros without a meeting (to an account, via an ATM or as an invoice payment), you pay the full amount in advance.

Order created, rate locked in
We pay out cash the same day you order or the following day. Indicate when you'd like to meet: the earlier your order comes in, the easier it is for the manager to get there on time. If anything needs to be agreed on, the operator will write in the chat; don't transfer anything until they confirm. You can check the rate as often as you like, but canceling an order you've sent lowers your rating.

Meeting place or details for receiving euros
We agree on a place to meet that suits you: send the Google Maps spot as a link to the order chat. The manager waits for you on the street, by their car, and doesn't go into apartments or offices. If you need the euros without a meeting, send your account details or the invoice to the chat instead of a map spot.

Transferring USDT or rubles using the details from the chat
If you pay in advance, send USDT to the address from the chat and on the network you chose in the order: TRC20, ERC20, BEP20 or TON. USDT sent to another network may be lost. From a personal wallet, you pay the network fee in the network's native coin, for example TRX for TRC20. Transfer rubles from Sber, T-Bank, Raiffeisen, another bank or via SBP to the payment details from the order chat. Send a large amount in parts: each part gets its own payment details in the chat. You can change the bank or the amount only with the operator's consent in the chat.

Before the meeting: confirmation and payout code
In the order chat, the manager confirms the time and place shortly before you meet. If the operator has sent a payout code there, give the manager that code when you meet: without it, the manager won't hand over the cash. This is how we protect your money. If your plans change, write in the chat right away: if you miss the meeting without warning us, your rating will go down, and once it hits zero, exchanges are no longer available to you.

Euros in cash, to an account, via an ATM or as payment of your invoice
At the meeting, you receive cash euros. If you didn't pay in advance, give the manager cash rubles or dollars, or transfer USDT or rubles on the spot. For a transfer to an account, there are SEPA, SEPA Instant, Revolut, Wise and Paysera to choose from, each with its own rate. If you choose an ATM deposit, the manager deposits the euros into your Spanish account for you, and there's no need to meet. We can also settle a euro invoice for you, such as one for rent, tuition or a purchase. If your bank sends a euro transfer back, you don't lose the money: the operator will look into what happened and offer another way to get the euros.
Exchanges via Vega Exchange
The operator handles every order in the official Vega Exchange Telegram bot, confirming it and replying in the chat, and the manager brings the cash. If something goes wrong, write to the operator in the bot via "Связаться с оператором" (Contact the operator), and if the issue isn't resolved, use "Написать руководителю" (Write to the supervisor); support speaks Russian.
There are accounts that look like the official bot: create your order only in the official one.
Order chat
Confirmation, payment details, the meeting place and time, the manager's messages: everything comes only to the order chat in the bot.
Outside the chat, it's not us
If a "staff member" or "manager" writes to you anywhere other than the order chat, it isn't us. Don't send them anything; report the account to support in the official bot.
Banknotes
The cash euros you receive are counted and verified with banking equipment beforehand.
