How we handle data

All we have on visitors is the analytics system's statistics and our hosting provider's technical logs, plus your email if you write to us.

What data we don't collect

We don't collect names, phone numbers, home addresses or documents: the site has no forms, no registration and no user accounts. You can read the pages without telling us anything about yourself.

Neither on the site nor by email do we ask for documents, wallet keys, money or cryptocurrency. You hand over money and, if needed, a document only as part of your own order in the official Telegram bot, and wallet keys aren't needed even there. If someone asks for such things on behalf of Crypto Benidorm, that isn't us: don't send anything, and tell the operator in the bot.

If you email us, we keep your address and your message. We store them to correspond with you and for nothing else.

The analytics system and cookies

An analytics system runs on every page. Its reports tell us which pages people read and how long they spend on them. They also show where visitors come from (search, other sites or direct visits), where on a page people click most often and where they go next, including to the bot. For this, the system receives the IP address, approximate location, device type, screen size and language. It uses its own cookies to tell a repeat visit from a new one.

We don't record sessions, meaning videos of what you do on a page. The reports are available to us in aggregate form: by page, day and traffic source. The system stores data under its own rules, and its servers may be located outside the European Union.

You can opt out of these cookies in your browser settings: block them for crypto-benidorm.com or delete the ones already saved. Tracker blockers do the same. The pages and the bot link work without cookies too; your visit just won't be counted in the statistics.

Going to the bot and data in Telegram

Exchanges are carried out in the official Vega Exchange Telegram bot. The link to it contains only our site's tag, which shows the bot that you came from us. The site doesn't pass on your data or your visit history along with it.

In the bot, you yourself provide what the exchange needs: the amount, the city, the payment details and, for an identity check, a document; the bot also sees your Telegram account. Vega Exchange and Telegram process this data under their own rules, and it doesn't reach us on the site. It can be corrected or deleted only through support: in the bot, choose "Связаться с оператором" (Contact the operator) and send your request.

Technical hosting logs

The hosting provider's server that the site runs on records every request in a technical log: the IP address, the time, the page opened and information about the device. The logs are needed to find failures and fend off attacks on the site. How long they are kept is up to the provider.

Your rights to your data

By law, you can find out what data we hold about you and get a copy of it, demand that it be corrected or deleted, restrict its processing or object to it. Send your request to [email protected].

If our reply doesn't satisfy you, you can complain to the AEPD, the Spanish body that oversees data protection.

Who is responsible for data on the site

The data the site collects is processed by its owner, Crypto Benidorm. Send questions about it to [email protected]; who we are and what we do is explained on the "About us" page.

This version is effective from October 31, 2026. If the way data is processed changes, we'll update the text and the version date.
